Twilight Tales provides personalised, AI-generated stories designed to support emotional reflection, family connection, and calmer moments, including bedtime. The service is intended for use by parents or legal guardians, including one parent account with one or more child profiles.

You must be:

• at least 18 years old, or
• a parent or legal guardian using the service on behalf of a child

You are responsible for any information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.

Stories are generated automatically using software. While we aim to provide meaningful and supportive content:

• stories may not always be accurate or appropriate in all situations
• content should not be treated as professional advice (medical, psychological, or otherwise)
• the service is intended as supportive storytelling, not treatment or therapy

You agree:

• not to misuse the platform
• not to attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute the service
• to use generated stories only for your family's personal, non-commercial use
• not to share access to the service in a way that bypasses the intended family-account flow
• to use any cloned-voice feature only with your own voice or a voice you clearly have permission to use

Twilight Tales currently offers a trial cloned-voice feature for story playback.

• this feature may change, pause, or be removed while it is being evaluated
• you must not use it to impersonate, mislead, or infringe another person's rights
• additional rules for this feature are set out in the Clone Voice Policy

• The platform, design, and system belong to Twilight Tales
• Generated stories are licensed to you for your household's personal, non-commercial use
• Twilight Tales retains all rights to the platform, brand, templates, generation system, and service materials
• You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute generated stories commercially

Twilight Tales is not currently offering paid customer checkout.

If paid features are introduced later:

• pricing and terms will be clearly displayed
• access may depend on successful payment
• coming-soon payment messaging is not a live payment offer

Twilight Tales is provided “as is.”

We are not liable for:

• decisions made based on generated content
• interruptions or errors in the service

We may update or modify the platform at any time to improve it.

We may suspend access if the service is misused.
