If you want Twilight Tales to remove your saved journey data, use the request path below from the email address already attached to your family account.

How to request deletion

If you can sign in, use Delete Account & Data in the parent dashboard for the automated route. It deletes matching live account and journey records, removes cloned-voice IDs supplied from that device, searches for matching Sentry issue logs, clears the active session, and sends a confirmation email when delivery is available.

If you cannot access the parent dashboard, send your request to:

support@twilight-tales.com

Include enough detail for us to find the correct saved journey, such as:

  • The parent email address used in Twilight Tales
  • The child first name used in the journey, if known
  • A short note that you want your saved data deleted

For safety, we may reply to confirm a manual request before deleting the relevant data.

What this route covers

A deletion request may include saved journey data such as:

  • Parent contact details stored for the journey
  • Child profile details used for story generation
  • Saved story progress and related notes
  • Trial cloned-voice identifiers and related account mappings where practical
  • Feedback linked to that journey where practical

This route is intended for parent or guardian requests. Twilight Tales is not designed for direct child account use.
